Every part produced at TM Industries, Inc. is subject to a series of in-process inspection points, whereby in-process inspection reports are generated. This practice requires each of our equipment operators to interrupt periodically machining activities to check part dimensions and key characteristics against customer specifications. Because such detailed in-process inspection is fully integrated into our daily manufacturing routine, many customers have awarded TM Industries, Inc. the distinction of "self release supplier". These customers rely on our quality control programs and history to get the job done correctly; and conduct only occasional audits to verify our process, rather than spending valuable time and resources to inspect each part we deliver.

At TM Industries, Inc., our precision checks begin when a product first appears on our engineering computer screens and continues until our customer takes delivery of the finished part.
